Booking Policy 

Cancellations -

Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for cancellations to allow us to offer the space to anyone waiting, Failure to do this may lead to a loss of your deposit. 

No shows will result in the loss of your deposit.

 

Deposits -

All bookings require a deposit, this will be subtracted from the amount payable on the day of treatment.

Guests -

All treatments are carried out 1:1 with our staff, due to limited space  we cannot have friends/ family or children in the salon, unless they are having treatment done.

Punctuality -

Due to limited space, please arrive on time to your appointment, if you arrive early please wait outside or in your car till your appointment. 

If you arrive more than 5-10 mins late, you will be asked to reschedule. 

Illness - 

If you feel under the weather on the day of your appointment, please contact us ASAP. 

 

Patch Tests -

Patch testing is compulsory for  Lash extensions / Tinting / Lash lifting and Henna /Hybrid brows and laser treatments. A minimum of 48 hours is needed for this to be carried out.
