Salon Policy 

Cancellations -

Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for cancellations to allow us to offer the space to anyone waiting, Failure to do this may lead to a loss of your deposit. 

No shows will result in the loss of your deposit.

 

Deposits -

All bookings require a deposit, this will be subtracted from the amount payable on the day of treatment.

Guests -

All treatments are carried out 1:1 with our staff, due to limited space and social distancing we cannot have friends/ family or children in the salon, unless they are having treatment done.

Punctuality -

Due to limited space, please arrive on time to your appointment, if you arrive early please wait outside or in your car till your appointment. 

If you arrive more than 5-10 mins late, you will be asked to reschedule. 

Masks -

By law it is compulsory masks are to be worn. If you are exempt from wearing a mask we will provide you a perspex shield. masks are also avaialble if you forget.

Refreshments -

Due to Covid 19 we have had to stop offering refreshments, we hope in time to resume back. 

Illness - 

If you feel under the weather on the day of your appointment, please contact us ASAP.

Patch Tests -

Patch testing is compulsory for Microblading / Lash extensions / Tinting / Lash lifting and Henna Brows. A minimum of 48 hours is needed for this to be carried out. 

Refer a Friend T&c's

- 20% off is applied to 1 treatment service only, if multiple treatments are booked, this will apply to the lowest treatment in value

- Minimum spend is £20

- Discount will be activated after your recommended friend has booked in, and discount will be valid for 2 months after this date.

-Treatment exclusions: All Microblading services / Cryo pen Treatments / Courses of treatments.

- Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction to this discount.

- Retail is excluded.
